We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all qualifying orders.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief explanation of your concern

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours or less.

✅ We Offer Refunds or Replacements If:

  • You received the wrong item, damaged, or defective product

  • You contacted us within 30 days of delivery

  • You submitted clear photos for verification

Once approved, your refund will be processed minus a 30% restocking fee (if applicable) and returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

❌ We Do NOT Offer Refunds If:

  • You entered an incorrect shipping address

  • Your package was marked delivered, but you report it lost (consider priority with insurance next time)

📦 Returned to Sender Policy

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you have two options:

  1. Reshipment – You cover a small reshipping fee, and we’ll send it again.

  2. Refund – We’ll refund your purchase excluding the original shipping, priority processing, and a 30% restocking fee.

If the item was not returned to us (lost/destroyed), we’ll issue a 50% store credit to help you replace it.

If the issue was our error, we’ll reship FREE of charge.

❗ Order Changes & Cancellations

All our items are processed fast for printing, prepping, and packing. For this reason:

  • You must cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After 12 hours, the order is already in motion and cannot be changed.

🚫 Clearance & Final Sale Items

All items marked as Clearance, Final Sale, or Seasonal Specials are non-refundable and non-returnable. These items may arrive without original packaging.
